Atlassian justifies this step, among other things, with further developments that should lead to an increase in productivity or to more context-related and better coordinated working methods. Here are some examples:
Open offers valid and unexpiredat the effective date ofthe pricing cannot be extended beyond November 13, 2025 PT (30 days after the last day to submit offers at existing prices).
Renewal orders that are still open at the time the new prices come into effect cannot be extended beyond January 12, 2026 PT. January 12, 2026 PT is the 90th day after the last day on which offers can be made at the existing prices.
Open offers can only be extended for a maximum of 90 days, but not beyond January 12, 2026 PT for renewals or November 13, 2025 PT for upgrades/new purchases.
Unfortunately, requests to reinstate expired offers after October 14, 2025 cannot be considered. Instead, a new offer will be created based on the cloud list price for 2026.
For changes to cloud quotes requested after October 14, 2025 (PT), the new 2026 cloud pricing will apply.
Note: All dates and times refer to PT (Pacific Time).
