My conclusion
Atlassian Intelligence is an extremely practical little helper that provides support in many areas of complex tasks. It also provides insights that would not be possible without a great deal of manual effort. The native integration in particular makes its use so practical, as you don't have to constantly resort to external tools to leave otherwise time-consuming work to the AI.
