Atlassian has announced that it will change the offering structure of its server products on February 15, 2023. These changes are related to Atlassian's focus on cloud development and thus mark the end of the lifecycle of the server variant.

Atlassian has revised its security products and bundled them under the new name Atlassian Guard . The previous solutions Atlassian Access and Atlassian Beacon Beta have been renamed Atlassian Guard Standard and Atlassian Guard Premium. These two products aim to improve security for Atlassian Cloud customers. They protect access to sensitive data and detect threats at an early stage. However, these features are not available for Data Center customers. Atlassian Guard Standard and Premium are only available in the cloud. Data center users must fall back on alternative security solutions.

On October 16, 2024, price and package changes for various Atlassian products will take effect. These changes affect the prices for the cloud versions of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Opsgenie, Bitbucket, Atlassian Guard (formerly Atlassian Access) and Compass.
